Job Description

- To loading list import export report to principals.

- To develop new clients/business for all liner, Nvocc and freight forwarding business.

- To maintain existing client services/ relationship.

- To resolve problems faced by customers in a tactful manner to protect principal’s interest.

- To promote the brand “BOX MAN” in the market.

- To conduct monthly market studies and report to relevant principals.

- To work out and tabulate the selling rates based on MRG supplied by principals.

- To file rate in system after discuss rate with principals and customers.

- To source for and co-ordinate with feeder operators and carriers for the best SOC slot rates.

- To ensure that all customers details are filed in the system, rates requests and quotations are promptly filed in the system.

- To submit daily sales report to Senior Manager.

- To submit monthly performance report to Senior Manager.
